1. Production Services and Web Design Services

1.1 Refunds

  • Service Completion: Once a production or web design service project is completed, refunds are not provided. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and approve project milestones before final delivery.
  • Cancellations: If a project is canceled before significant work has begun, we may issue a partial refund, deducting any expenses incurred up to that point. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

1.2 Disputes

  • Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the quality or scope of work, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables. We will review your concerns and work to reach a resolution.

2. VFX Asset Marketplace

2.1 Refunds

  • Digital Assets: Due to the digital nature of VFX assets, refunds are generally not provided once the purchase is completed and the asset has been downloaded. Please review asset descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
  • Defective Assets: If you find that an asset is defective or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Provide details about the issue and any steps taken to resolve it. Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.

2.2 Returns

  • Non-Returnable: Digital assets cannot be returned. If you have issues with an asset, contact our support team for assistance.

To request a refund or address any issues related to our services or VFX assets, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Submit a written request detailing your concern, including order numbers, service details, and any supporting documentation. Email your request to refunds@renxstudio.com.
